My name is Andrew Groves and I have attended Mount Freedom Baptist Church since 2011. As the church’s worship leader, I strive to integrate classic hymns and modern worship into one unified worship service that is Christ-exalting and gospel-centered. As the youth minister I work to equip adolescent members of our church and community with a passion for the Word of God that is deep-rooted and transformative in their daily lives.
I also teach middle and high school math at Trinity Christian Academy in Lexington, and am a graduate of Asbury University and University of the Cumberlands. My wife and I have one daughter who we pray will glorify Christ daily as she grows up in our church and home.
